We are continuing our Referral Program to say “Thank You” for referring your friends and family members to Nett Orthodontics.

Here’s how it works…

You give your friends and family members a special Share A Smile referral card with your name on it. They then present that card to us at their complimentary orthodontic new patient exam. Each time we receive a card from a referral you send us, we will enter your name in our raffle!

Raffle Information…

We will have a random drawing 2 times a year and select one winner each drawing. If you are the lucky winner you get to tell us where you’d like your gift card to be from!
